VPFI's primary business is supplying the Paper Industry the technologically sophisticated products called Paper Machine Clothing. Paper Machine Clothing is used to produce all grades of paper from light weight tissue to heavy weight container board. These tailor made engineered fabrics are made up of synthetic.

Forming Section (18% Solid)
A sheet of paper takes form in this section, where 99.5% water and 0.5% cellulose fiber, emitted by the head box. Water removed by Hydrolic force, gravity and vacuum in this section and while leaving this section, sheet becomes 18% solid.

 Pressing Section (45% Solid)
Further water is removed in pressing section by pressure, vaccum. While leaving the press section the sheet becomes 45% solid.		 Drying Section (93% Solid)
Further water is removed in drying section by evaporation by steam heated cylinder. While leaving this section sheet becomes 93% solid.
